HISTORY OF THE FUTURE

I broke down body-rythmn by scratching on two turntables alternately, which
is limited to 8/8 beats, as it requires a reverse scratch in 16ths to return
to the start. I scratched symetrical patterns, and began to program them.

My first mathematical method was to write all possible symetrical 8/8 beats,
which are patterns 10-15. I then recorded pattern 13, the simple disco beat.
From this I realized that there were 4 possible drum rythmns that took 3/16.

My second mathematical method was to reverse a group of 3 kicks in the second
half of the beat to make a break (no 9th 16) and to reverse the bar. this was
patterns 04 & 05. Increasing the gaps generated patterns 06 & 07 and 00 & 01.

My third mathematical method was to split patterns 00 & 01 as genders as they
are inverse and reverse. This also grouped the 4 possible drum rythmns that
take 3/16 into 2 as they shared the same 8/8 beats which are 08 & 09.

My final mathematical method was to switch between 00 & 01, thus creating the
children of the parent genders, which are 02 & 03. And so I had resolved all
possibilities into gender, by the majority of the drums not by passing beats.

The original beatbox system was released christmas 2004 as a promo version.
The sounds were computerized from trigger noizes. The unlimited version was
released christmas 2006. The sounds were synthesized to the same principles.
